Who's responsible for your data
Rengineered is the trading name of Rene Santander (Victoria, Australia), who is responsible for the personal information collected through this site. The website is built and hosted by Kings AI Automation Pty Ltd, which processes this information only on Rene Santander's behalf and for the purpose of running the store. Questions or requests? What we collect
When you order or create an account, we collect your name, email, shipping/billing address and order details. If you save the markers you own (to filter parts that fit your gear), we store those too. If you opt in, we keep your email address for new-product alerts.
How we use it
To process and ship your orders, provide support, and — only if you've opted in — email you when a new part lands or a sold-out item is back in stock. If you've chosen to hear only about parts that fit your gear, we match new products against your saved markers to decide whether to email you. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe, and account holders can change or switch off alerts any time under Account → Alerts.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over encrypted HTTPS, admin access requires two-factor authentication, and repeated failed logins are locked out automatically. Data is backed up daily.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Sharing
We only share what's needed to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping details with the carrier). We don't sell your information.
