By placing an order with Rengineered you agree to the terms below.
Who you're buying from
Rengineered is the trading name of Rene Santander, based in Victoria, Australia.
Rene Santander is the seller and merchant of record for every order placed on this site, and is
responsible for the products, their manufacture, dispatch, returns and after-sales support.
As a small sole trader below the GST registration threshold, no GST is charged and tax invoices aren't issued.
Our returns address is included with your order confirmation, and is available on request via our contact page.
The website itself is built and hosted by Kings AI Automation Pty Ltd on Rene Santander's behalf. Kings AI Automation Pty Ltd provides the technical platform only — it does not sell the products, hold stock, or take payment, and is not a party to any sale.
Products & pricing
Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency where available (Australian dollars by default), converted at current exchange rates. The currency you'll be charged is shown at checkout. Many of our parts are made to order — they're manufactured for you after you order, so allow time for manufacturing before dispatch. You'll be asked to acknowledge this at checkout for any made-to-order item, and we'll email you when your order ships.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through PayPal at checkout. We don't see or store your card details.
Shipping
We ship from Australia worldwide. Australian orders are sent with Australia Post, tracked, and charged at a flat rate set by the parcel size — an order containing items of different sizes is charged once, at the size of its largest item, because it ships as a single parcel. Orders outside Australia are charged one flat international rate regardless of size. You must supply a valid email address and contact phone number at checkout so the delivery can be processed and tracking sent to you. Delivery times are set by the carrier, vary by destination, and are not guaranteed by us. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility. Current rates are shown on the shipping & returns page and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Unused items in their original condition may be returned for change of mind, with return postage paid by the buyer. Every part is quality-checked before dispatch; if one still reaches you with a manufacturing defect, we send a replacement as soon as the fault is confirmed, at no cost to you. Because many parts are made to order, please contact us for a return authorisation before sending anything back. See shipping & returns.
Warranty
Every part is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. A part that fails within that period because of a manufacturing defect will be replaced. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, incorrect fitment, or a part that has been modified. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a photograph of the fault. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
Our products are aftermarket upgrade parts for paintball markers. Fit and use them at your own discretion; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
