Shipping & returns

Where we ship

Worldwide. Parts in stock ship within the week; anything made to order is manufactured for you first, so please allow time for manufacturing before dispatch (you'll confirm this at checkout where it applies).

Australia

  • Small — A$15.00
  • Medium — A$25.00
  • Large — A$50.00
  • The size is set by the largest item in the order, because it all goes in one parcel — an order mixing a small part and a large one pays the large rate once, not both rates added together.
  • The rate shown at checkout is the one charged; there are no surprises afterwards.
  • Prices are GST-free — we're not registered for GST.

Sent with Australia Post

  • All Australian orders go via Australia Post with tracking included.
  • The tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is lodged.
  • An email address and a contact phone number are required at checkout — Australia Post needs them to process the delivery and to send delivery notifications.
  • Delivery times are Australia Post's own and are not guaranteed by the store.

International (incl. United States)

  • Flat rate of A$41.91 worldwide.
  • Charged in your local currency where available (e.g. US dollars for US customers). No Australian GST applies.
  • Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included at checkout.
  • Delivery is typically 1–3 weeks depending on the service.
  • The parcel-size rates above apply to Australian orders only — international is one flat rate whatever the size.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted on unused items in their original condition; the buyer pays the return postage.
  • Manufacturing defect: a replacement is sent as soon as the fault is confirmed, at no cost to you. Every part is quality-checked before it is sent.
  • Made-to-order parts are built individually, so please contact us before returning anything.
  • On international orders, original duties/taxes are not refundable by us (you may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority).
  • Contact us for a return authorisation before sending anything back.

Warranty

Parts are covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects.

  • The cover runs 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • A part that fails through a manufacturing defect inside that window is replaced.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or modification of the part.
  • Warranty claims go through the same contact link, with the order number and a photo of the fault.
